The most recent book to be published by the Redfern Gallery is Patrick Procktor: The Complete Prints, in October 2025. Co-authored by the master printmaker, John Crossley - who collaborated with Procktor on many memorable prints from 1969 to 1980 - the book documents and illustrates a total of 149 prints, many for the first time.

Other Redfern publications include the critically acclaimed Norman Stevens: The Complete Prints, of 2022. According to John McEwen - who reviewed Stevens' first show at the Redfern in 1978 as critic for The Spectator - the book was "outstanding in every way, worthy of its exceptional subject". Rosemary Simmons, of Printmaking Today, described it as "elegantly produced .... a fine tribute to an important printmaker".

The Redfern has also worked with art publishers including Lund Humphries, Thames & Hudson and Sansom & Company, on artist's monographs, including Eileen Agar, Paul Feiler, William Gear and, most recently, Bryan Organ. Andrew Lambirth's book on the Scottish painter and printmaker William Gear, coincided with the centenary retrospective that opened at Towner, Eastbourne, in 2015. The book was described by the Times Literary Supplement as "exhaustive, lavishly illustrated, admirable for the depth of its research", and "excellent" by The Scotsman, and also received positive reviews in Country Life, Print Quarterly, and The Times.
