Bryan Organ at 90

Organ met Mr and Mrs Sharples whilst visiting Lancashire, and was inspired to capture their routine existence alongside their passion for pigeons. The couple bred pigeons in a loft in their back yard, and Organ’s painting captures the pride these working-class people take in their expertise and love of pigeons.
